Do you provide a technician with the LED screen?+
Yes. Every LED screen rental includes delivery, installation, and on-site calibration by our AV technicians. For medium and large setups, a dedicated operator stays throughout the event to manage content switching, brightness adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Can I use LED screens both indoors and outdoors?+
Our P3.9 panels are IP65-rated for full outdoor use, handling rain, wind, and direct sunlight with 5,500+ nit brightness. P1.9 and P2.6 panels are designed for indoor environments. If your event has both indoor and outdoor components, we can provide a mixed configuration.
