What is pixel pitch and why does it matter?

Pixel pitch is the distance between the centres of adjacent LED pixels, measured in millimetres. The smaller the pixel pitch, the higher the resolution and the better the image quality at close range. P1.9 is ideal for conferences (viewing distance 2–5 m), P3.9 for concerts (10–30 m), and P10 for large outdoor events.

What size LED screen do I need for my event?

The size depends on the number of viewers, viewing distance, and type of content. A good rule of thumb: the screen width should be roughly 1/6 of the distance to the farthest viewer. For a venue seating 500 people we recommend a screen of at least 6 × 3 m. Our technicians will help you choose the perfect size.

How much does it cost to rent an LED screen?

The price depends on screen size, pixel pitch, rental duration, and location. As a rough guide, a P2.6 screen measuring 4 × 2 m for a one-day event starts from PLN 3,000. Every project is quoted individually — ask us for a free estimate.

Do you provide installation and technical support?

Yes. The rental price includes transport, installation, calibration, on-site technical support throughout the event, and dismantling. A dedicated technician is present for the entire duration of the event.

How far in advance should I book an LED screen?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before the event, especially during peak season (September–December). For urgent requests we can fulfil orders in as little as 48 hours.

What is the difference between an LED screen and a projector?

Accepted Answer

LED screens offer significantly higher brightness (up to 7,000 nit vs 3,000 lumens), better contrast, no need to darken the room, any size or shape, and greater reliability. A projector is cheaper but limited by brightness and requires ideal lighting conditions.

Do LED screens work outdoors?

Yes. We offer high-brightness outdoor screens (5,000–7,000 nit) rated IP65, resistant to rain and wind. Pixel pitch P3.9–P10 is optimal for outdoor use due to the greater viewing distances involved.

What content formats do LED screens support?

Our screens support all popular formats: MP4, AVI, MOV (video), JPG, PNG (graphics), PowerPoint, Keynote (presentations). We can also display live content from cameras and streams. Resolutions up to 4K are supported.

Can I display content from my laptop or presentation?

Yes. Connecting a laptop via HDMI or wirelessly is standard. We also support SDI inputs for professional video cameras and multi-screen content-management systems.

How quickly can an LED screen be set up?

Setup time depends on the size. A 4 × 2 m screen takes roughly 2–3 hours. Large configurations of 10 × 5 m require 6–8 hours. We always plan installation with plenty of time to spare before the event.

Modern LED screens are virtually silent. The cooling fans generate minimal noise (below 30 dB), which is inaudible under normal event conditions.

What is the minimum and maximum viewing distance?

The minimum distance is approximately the pixel pitch expressed in metres (P2.6 ≈ 2.6 m). The maximum depends on screen size — typically 20–30 × the screen height. Our technicians will select the optimal pixel pitch for your space.

Yes. The modular design of LED screens allows any configuration: curves, columns, suspended, curved, and even floor-mounted setups. We design bespoke solutions tailored to specific stage-design requirements.

Our screens have a modular construction — if a single module fails, a technician replaces it within minutes without interrupting the event. We always have spare modules on site.

Do I need a special power supply?

LED screens require a standard 230 V power supply. For larger configurations a dedicated 32 A or 63 A supply may be needed. Our team verifies the technical conditions before the event.

Yes. We offer rentals from a few hours to several weeks. Multi-day rental pricing is proportionally lower. For permanent installations (e.g. digital signage) we offer long-term rental agreements.

Every screen is calibrated before each event using a professional colorimeter. We guarantee uniform brightness and colour across the entire screen surface. We support the sRGB and DCI-P3 colour spaces.

Can I see a screen before renting?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our showroom in Warsaw, where you can view our screens in various pixel pitches. We can also prepare a 3D visualisation of the screen in your event space.

What certifications do your screens have?

Our screens hold CE and FCC certifications and comply with the EN 60950 safety standard. Outdoor screens carry an IP65 rating (protection against dust and water).
