AVE Event Services was founded in 2007 by a team of senior AV professionals with over 20 years of experience. From day one, we've been a technical partner, not a vendor. One production manager, one accountability chain, one team.
We operate across Poland, Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We specialize in conference technical production, LED screens, attendee registration systems, simultaneous interpretation, and live streaming. Our flagship project — GTR Egypt Summit — has been running continuously since 2009.

Milestones
Company founded
AVE Event Services was established in Warsaw. Started in AV production for corporate conferences.
GTR Egypt Summit
Began long-term partnership with Global Trade Review. Annual 700-attendee summit in Cairo — managed continuously ever since.
Trade show expansion
Began partnerships with Poland's largest exhibition and conference venues. Opened Poznan office.
Registration & ticketing
Launched comprehensive attendee registration system with badge printing and self-service kiosks.
Middle East expansion
Expanded operations to UAE and Saudi Arabia. New operational office.

Same daySite Survey & Planning
We visit your venue to check power capacity, rigging points, sightlines, load-in access, and internet infrastructure. No assumptions — only verified facts.
1–3 daysTechnical Design
Detailed equipment list, floor plan with screen placement, signal flow diagram, power distribution plan, and 3D visualization of your setup. You approve before we proceed.
2–5 daysDelivery & Setup
Our crew delivers all equipment, installs screens, calibrates colors, tests every signal path, and runs a full rehearsal. Everything is verified before your first attendee arrives.
Day before eventLive Event Support
A dedicated technician stays on-site for the entire event. Real-time monitoring of all systems, instant troubleshooting, and a 24/7 emergency hotline for your peace of mind.
