How does integration with online registration systems work?+
Our system integrates with popular registration platforms (Evenea, Konfeo, Eventbrite) via API or CSV import. Attendee data syncs automatically. We can also provide a full online registration system as part of the package.
How many kiosks do I need for my conference?+
Rule of thumb: 1 kiosk per 200-300 attendees arriving within 1 hour. For a 500-person conference with 1-hour registration, we recommend 2-3 kiosks. For 1000+ attendees, 4-6 kiosks.
Can I use my own badges?+
Yes — the system supports badges from business card to A6 format. We can print on your pre-made badges or supply materials (PVC cards, paper inserts with lanyards). Personalisation includes logo, name, company, and QR code.
What happens if the internet goes down during the event?+
The system works in offline mode — the attendee database is synced locally. Check-in and badge printing work without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
