An LCD 2x2 video wall (3.5 m²) costs from €350/day. A larger LCD 3x3 (8 m²) from €810/day. A seamless LED wall (10 m²+) from €1400/day. Prices include transport, installation, configuration, and dismantling.
LED or LCD — which to choose for a video wall?+
LCD is cheaper and works well for indoor conferences where bezels between panels are acceptable. LED is more expensive but gives a seamless image, higher brightness, and any size — ideal for stages, outdoor events, and large expos.
How to size a video wall for a room?+
Rule: minimum video wall height should be 1/6 of the distance to the farthest viewer. For a 200-person room (~15m deep), minimum height is 2.5m. For 500+ person halls we recommend at least 3.5m height.
How long does video wall setup take?+
LCD 2x2 — about 2-3 hours. LCD 3x3 — about 4-5 hours. Custom LED wall — 6-12 hours depending on size. We always plan setup for the day before the event.
What content can I display on a video wall?+
Anything — presentations, videos, animations, live camera feed, social media wall, branding. We provide a controller supporting resolutions up to 8K. Our operator helps with content configuration and handles seamless switching during the event.
