Basic PA rental for a small conference (up to 100 people) starts from €280/day. Medium conferences (100-500 people) from €810/day including a sound engineer. Large events (500+ people) from €1850/day with a full technical crew.
How long does sound system setup take?+
A small system (2-4 speakers, mixer) takes 1-2 hours. A medium line array system takes 3-4 hours. Large productions need 6-8 hours of setup + soundcheck. We always arrive the day before for larger events.
Is a sound engineer included in the price?+
In the "Small Conference" package, a sound engineer is optional (+€115/day). In "Medium" and "Large Event" packages, a sound engineer is always included. Every engineer has at least 5 years of professional experience.
What are the prices for multi-day events?+
For 2-3 day rentals we offer 15-20% discount on the daily rate. For week-long events (trade fairs, congresses) discounts reach 30-40%. Equipment stays on-site — you only pay for the engineer's additional working days.
How do you match PA systems to room acoustics?+
Before every larger event we conduct a free site visit. We assess room acoustics, measure reverberation time, and select the right system. Hotel ballrooms typically need point-source speakers, while expo halls require line array systems.
