How much does full AV event support cost?+
Small conference (up to 100 people) with basic PA and screen from €810. Medium conference (100-500 people) with full PA, video wall, and lighting from €2800. Large event (500+ people) with full production from €5800. Prices include transport, setup, and operation.
Can you support events outside Warsaw?+
Yes — we operate in 7 cities across Poland: Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Lodz. For events outside these cities we only add transport costs. We also serve events in Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
What is included in the technical support price?+
Every package includes: equipment transport, installation and configuration, sound/lighting rehearsals, full technical support throughout the event, and teardown. Equipment, cables, structures, and power are included — no hidden surcharges.
How far in advance should I book technical support?+
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks before the event. For large productions (500+ people, streaming), 8-12 weeks is optimal. In urgent cases we can fulfill orders in as little as 48 hours if equipment is available.
Do you offer streaming and hybrid event support?+
Yes — full streaming support: multi-camera, encoding, streaming platform (YouTube, Vimeo, dedicated), chat moderation. For hybrid events we provide on-site + remote integration with real-time interaction.
